By accessing or using the Little Leaps Play Café website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

General Use

  • Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times

  • Little Leaps is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost personal items

  • We reserve the right to update pricing, hours, or policies at any time

  • All visitors are required to sign our Waiver of Liability upon arrival. Party bookings require a signed party agreement in addition to the general waiver.

Memberships

  • Memberships auto-renew each month at the current published rate

  • You will be billed automatically to the payment method on file

  • Membership benefits apply only to the named family

  • Sibling add-ons and guest passes must be used within the active membership period

  • You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@littleleapsplaycafe.com at least 7 days before your next billing date

  • No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations

Booking & Reservations

  • Open play sessions: Morning sessions (9:00 AM – 10:00 AM) are 1 hour; all other sessions are 2 hours

  • Birthday parties and private events require a signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit

  • Late arrivals may not be extended beyond the scheduled session

  • Full payment, cancellation, and refund terms are outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy

Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Little Leaps, LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Leaps, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Williamson County, Texas.
