Reservations are highly encouraged our space has limited capacity, and we'd hate to turn anyone away. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows!

Our space is designed for ages 0 to 6. Babies under 6 months are welcome—and if they're your only child, you can visit free (if space allows).

Each session is up to 2 hours.

Grippy socks for kids and regular socks for adults are required in all play and café areas. Forgot yours? We've got some for sale.

No, grown-ups must stay on-site and supervise their children at all times.

No outside food or drinks, except for baby bottles or formula. We offer plenty of snacks and drinks in our café.

While we don't offer refunds for cancellations, we're happy to provide store credit if you let us know at least 2 hours before your reservation. Life happens, we get it! Just send us a quick message and we'll take care of you.

If you're planning to visit with a larger group (like a parent meetup or playdate), we'd love to welcome you but please reach out to us ahead of time so we can make sure there's space to keep things safe and comfortable for everyone.

Birthday celebrations (including treats, decorations, or gifts) are only allowed through our official party packages. This helps ensure a fun experience for all families during open play.
